I had this for a snack tonight and so should you! It’s a fudge brownie, not a cakey one, so don’t be worried if it’s moist-looking.
YOU NEED:
- 4 Tbs flour
- 4 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder (NOT hot cocoa mix)
- a dash of salt
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil (not olive)
- 2 Tbs water

Dairy is EVERYwhere.
I think I might have an allergy to dairy. Not just lactose, but all the milk proteins and such. Apparently it can cause intestinal inflammation which causes a LOT of the stomach issues that I’ve been having.
Therefore, I’m going to try to stop eating dairy to see if it’ll help me feel better.
